about old townley lofts

Consisting of four different buildings that were adjoined together over a 50-year period, this building grew through subsequent additions from the late 1800s through the early 1950s. Construction styles include cast iron columns and beams, heavy timber and structural concrete. Stretching one city block, Old Townley served as the headquarters for the Townley Hardware Company. It was renovated and converted to residential lofts and loft-style offices in 2001/2002.
